At Amara, each garment is meticulously made to order. Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To help prevent any sizing issues, we offer custom sizing options tailored to your measurements.
In Case of Wrong or Defective Products: Should you receive an incorrect or defective product, please provide a video of the unboxing to facilitate the exchange process. This helps us ensure that the issue is addressed promptly and accurately.
If refund is applicable then refund is initiated we need 4-5 days to settle back to the source account.
